Operation Christmas Child
Everyone in our congregation is invited to once again participate in Samaritans Purse, Operation Christmas Child Shoebox project. Last year our church sent 71 shoeboxes filled with practical and fun supplies for children overseas (along with the 3,051 shoeboxes from all around Door County). This ministry demonstrates God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and shares the good news of Jesus Christ through Bible lessons for children taught in their local churches.
Even though there are not any OCC boxes left to pick up, you can use a regular size shoe box to fill for a child. There are box labels in the narthex, Fellowship Room and on the bulletin board. Return your box to the church office no later than Sunday, November 16. If shopping isn’t your favorite thing, feel free to make a monetary donation towards this project by contacting the church office, and our helpers will fill a shoebox on your behalf! Another option is to “Build a Shoebox Online” via this link:
Build A Shoebox Online , or with the attached QR code, where you can pick your items online or you can donate $25 and OCC will fill and send a box for you. Thank you! Call or text Amy Stephens at 920-256-9031 with any questions.

Offering envelopes for 2026 are available for pick up in the narthex.
Thank you.
Interfaith Coalition for Housing - Sturgeon Bay
(previously called Ecumenical Partnership for Housing - SB)
The Interfaith Coalition for Housing - Sturgeon Bay (ICH-SB) is working with Door County Medical Center and Habitat for Humanity to renovate homes, which will provide transitional housing for families in need. Currently our church is holding the funds being raised to support these renovations. If this important new mission is something you are interested in supporting, there are two ways you can give: write a check made out to the SB Moravian Church with 'ICH-SB' in memo line or go to https://sbmc.breezechms.com/give/online, and click the top down arrow for ICH-SB.
